Circular Connectors
Circular connectors provide robust, multi-contact mating in a cylindrical shell designed for vibration, shock, moisture, and EMI exposure across avionics, defence, and industrial platforms. We source and supply circular connectors and associated components against your specification, including military-standard series such as MIL-DTL-38999, MIL-DTL-5015, MIL-DTL-26482, and MIL-DTL-83723.
Product-type coverage
- Circular plug connectors (pin/socket)
- Circular receptacle connectors (wall-mount, jam-nut, box-mount, flange)
- MIL-DTL-38999 series connectors (Series I bayonet, Series II low-profile, Series III threaded)
- MIL-DTL-5015 connectors
- MIL-DTL-26482 connectors (bayonet-coupling miniature)
- MIL-DTL-83723 connectors
- Cable connectors and inline couplers
- Connector backshells, clamps, and accessories (identification/RFQ context)
- Protective caps and dust covers
- Contacts and contact inserts (crimp and solder)
Common standards & series
Typical selection attributes
"Circular Connectors is a product family within the Avionics, Electronics & Interconnect pillar. Standard/series, shell size, insert arrangement, contact size, gender, plating, and coupling are selection filters applied within this family to narrow to a specific part — they are not separate categories. Use the filters to converge on a configuration, then submit an RFQ for that exact build."
Representative approved manufacturers
Amphenol; ITT Cannon — references for identification and RFQ only.
Products
"A filterable product table populates this page after product import; no products are listed yet. In the interim, submit an RFQ with your required configuration and we will source against it."
RFQ information checklist
- Standard / series required (e.g. 38999, 5015, 26482, 83723)
- Shell size and insert arrangement (or a full part number / drawing callout)
- Contact size, count, and gender (pin or socket)
- Connector style: plug or receptacle, and mounting/housing type
- Coupling type (bayonet, threaded, breech) where applicable
- Plating / shell finish requirement
- Contact termination type (crimp or solder) and any contacts/accessories needed
- Quantity required and any reference part number or sample for matching

Frequently asked questions
Which circular connector standards do you cover?
We source and supply circular connectors across common military-standard series, including MIL-DTL-38999 (D38999), MIL-DTL-5015, MIL-DTL-26482, and MIL-DTL-83723. Standard and series are named for identification and selection only. Tell us the series you need, or provide a part number or drawing, and we will source against it.
What information do you need to quote a circular connector?
The fastest route is a full part number or drawing callout. If you do not have one, provide the series, shell size, insert arrangement, contact size and gender, plug or receptacle style, coupling type, plating, and quantity. A reference part or sample also helps us identify the correct configuration.
Can you match a connector from an existing part number?
Yes. Send the part number, a drawing, or a sample and we will identify the configuration and source against it. Manufacturer and part-number references are used for identification and RFQ purposes only.
What is the difference between the 38999 series variants?
MIL-DTL-38999 is commonly supplied in three series differing mainly by coupling and profile: Series I uses bayonet coupling, Series II is a low-profile bayonet design, and Series III uses a triple-start threaded coupling. Confirm the series you require in your RFQ so we source the correct coupling and profile.
Do you supply connector contacts and accessories as well as the connector?
We can source contacts, backshells, clamps, caps, and related accessories alongside the connector. List the accessories and termination type (crimp or solder) in your RFQ so we can quote the complete assembly.
