Mechanical, Motion & Hardware
Pneumatics & Fluid Power
We source and supply pneumatic and fluid-power components for defence, aerospace, UAV, MRO and industrial procurement teams. This family covers actuation, air distribution and control hardware — cylinders, push-in fittings and flow/control valves — specified by the parameters that matter on a build: type, port size, bore and working pressure.
Product-type coverage
- Pneumatic cylinders and actuators (selectable by bore and stroke)
- Push-in fittings and connectors (straight, elbow/L-type and threaded)
- Flow-control and one-way flow valves
- Control and directional valves
- Threaded adaptors and port connectors (e.g. G/BSPP thread forms)
- Tubing-side connection components

Typical selection attributes
"Type, port size, bore and pressure are presented as filterable selection attributes on the product table, not as separate sub-categories. A single component is selected by combining these filters (for example: type = fitting, port size = 6 mm, thread = G1/4) rather than by browsing a fixed sub-folder tree, so the same hardware can be reached by whichever parameter the buyer knows first."
Representative approved manufacturers
Festo — references for identification and RFQ only.
Products
"A filterable product table populates after product import (no products listed yet). It will support filtering by type (cylinder/fitting/valve), port size, bore and working pressure."
RFQ information checklist
- Component type required (cylinder, fitting or valve)
- Manufacturer part number(s) where known (for identification)
- Port size / thread form (push-in tube OD, or thread such as G1/4)
- Bore and stroke (for cylinders)
- Working pressure and operating medium (e.g. compressed air, bar)
- Quantity required and any packaging/multiple-pack preference
- Application or interface context (new-build, retrofit or like-for-like replacement)

Frequently asked questions
What pneumatic and fluid-power components can BOLTON source?
We source and supply pneumatic actuation and air-control hardware, including cylinders, push-in and threaded fittings, and flow/control valves. Requirements are quoted against type, port size, bore and working pressure. Manufacturer and part-number references are used for identification and RFQ purposes only.
How do I select the right fitting port size?
Push-in fittings are matched to the tube outside diameter (for example 4 mm or 6 mm), while threaded fittings are matched to the thread form and size (for example G1/4 BSPP). Tell us the tube OD and the port thread you are connecting to, and we will quote against it. If you are unsure, share the existing part number for identification.
How do I specify a pneumatic cylinder?
Cylinders are selected primarily by bore and stroke against the force and travel your application needs, together with the working pressure and mounting interface. Provide bore, stroke, working pressure and any mounting requirement, or an existing part number for like-for-like replacement.
Can you supply replacements for existing pneumatic parts?
Yes. We support new-build, retrofit and MRO requirements, including like-for-like replacement. Provide the part number you currently use, the quantity, and the key parameters (type, port size, bore, pressure), and we will quote accordingly.
How do I request pricing?
Use Request a Quote and include your part numbers, quantities and target specifications (type, port size, bore, working pressure). We respond to RFQs rather than listing prices online.
